This includes Glyde automatically switching off hot water systems when a building is vacant, controlling the air-conditioning in unoccupied rooms and managing temperatures and humidity in rooms to avoid mould build-up.
By monitoring energy use throughout a facility, Glyde can make suggestions to guests about the best times to do their laundry. It will even let you know how many washing machines you will need for peak periods and which of your laundries are most popular.
The guest can also receive a notification in their App to confirm that the machine they were using has now finished.
Glyde handles can also be installed to assist with guest access to common areas. When the guest presents their access method to a Common Area Access door the system will confirm if that guest is approved to have access to that area and that they have a current reservation.
This feature can be used to restrict access as well as to track activity in a particular area of the village.
Glyde provides a simple tablet system that assists with drink tracking or restrictions. The guest will simply present their access method at the bar and the system will assist bar staff with what the guest is able to purchase.
The system will lookup the guest’s profile within the Glyde system, confirm that the guest has an reservation in the village and what drinks they have already purchased. The guest can also see this information in their app.
This tracking process can be applied to other dispensing systems as well to assist with how much of an item/service a Guest has access to.
